Your last statement was about how the state might view it. But that’s not what’s at issue here. You are stating categorically he is white hispanic, if a cop pulled me over and indentified me as black would you categorically identify me (as a non state entity) as mixed race?

Also I’ve not claimed he’s white. The only person who’s claimed to know his race is you (and the police that pulled him over I guess).

See above. If he told an an official at the DMV that he is Hispanic and it was then on his drivers license, which is what they would have written on his speeding ticket, he’s Hispanic. That’s it. Racial identity in the US is *not* evidence based.

Who cares? It’s irrelevant to the discussion and it’s also not something with defined criteria in the US. You can change your answer to racial identity as often as you want. If this is something you guys are making germane to the case, then it seems like everything else must be good to go, because this is as petty as it gets.

I agree, no idea why Broleaf lied about it in the first place and continues to try and argue a lost point.

But I’m pretty sure he’s mentally deficient so that could explain it.
