By all accounts, including her own statements on recusal, Barrett should've recused from Dobbs. The fact she brought into the debate her own personal experience as an adoptive parent, drawing on safe harbour laws as a means to justify the abortion ban they're obviously cooking up (and many of which lied about during their confirmation hearings), and the complete fantasy they're opining on the issue, makes it all too clear how their religious views are affecting their decision making.

But yeah the SC is exempted from personal opinions, pushing forward impartial rulings on every petition. Yeah let's all believe that undoubtedly.
