I don't know which list you mean but to be in the top 1% in 2024 you need to have a minimum net worth of $5.8 million. I think they make the cut easily.

Using data from Forbes’ annual ranking of the 400 richest Americans, the institute reached a number of conclusions regarding wealth disparities in the United States.
