    Hey!

I'm looking to learn programming for discord bots/userscripts and would like some advice and/or guidance, does anyone have time to teach a willing noob?

    Thank you in advance!

If you’re a complete beginner I’d recommend you check out some courses in udemy or Codecademy. There’s a lot of fundamentals you’ll want to get to grips with and you might prefer to do that at your own pace because some of it isn’t really the most exciting stuff to pair for - you’ll benefit a lot more in the long run from learning the basics and building on it as opposed to getting coaching on building a discord bot or something right off the bat.

Good luck! Remember that it’s a lot to learn, and you can’t learn it all at once! Getting stuck and working out the answer to the puzzle you’re working on is part of the fun.
