Both are PG 13 but probably because A lot of it takes place at night and there is a cemetary involved. ( where rating systems rate more for atmosphere than actual content.) THough both of them I would say are family friendly.
Arnold (1973) PG An old guy dies and his body marries his girlfriend and It is a comedy where he may be trying to haunt people trying to get his money.
Are you Afraid of the Dark (1990 and went to 2000) Though it seemed to go away after 1996 and came back in 1999) THough it was a kids spooky tail show. With some good episodes and some bad ones.
Then They made small miniseries. in 2019 -2022 where there are three of them.
Those are Nickelodeon.Which would be on Paramount Plus.
Michael Jackson's Halloween (2017) It was a TV movie where it is mostly an adventure through Micheal Jackson's music. Though I do not know if it is streaming on anything.
My Grandpa is a Vampire (1992) PG also know as MoonRise Has Al Lewis (Grandpa Munster) as a vampire in New Zealand. Where a kid and his friend has an adventure with him. -
