    Havent watched it yet but im seeing mixed reviews, spoilers are welcome but pls put a warning for the people who dont wanna be spoiled, thanks

    Mehhhh. The first two films were brilliant. From there on it just feels like the whole paranormal element that made it scary in the first place has just gone. I love horrors but I dont think I will be giving it a watch. Just feels a bit washed out now. They could have spent the money on a new horror with a higher budget that absolutely dominates the box office IMO.

    I enjoyed it... there were a couple of jump scares that got me, and also 1 particularly grotesque scene. honestly I wanna rewatch and rethink the other movies too, now. I agree that some of the paranormal element is missing, but really great horror is based in reality imo.... and ptsd is horrific. Plus i love patrick wilson and cant really say anything bad about anything ive seen him in. I liked that he directed it. So, I suppose I was biased. The movie's not blockbuster stuff, more indie artisitic psych thriller...
