    Attack on titan (it's popular for a reason, it's really good)
    Dragon Ball Z
    Hunter x Hunter
    Goblin Slayer (amazing at the beginning but slowly loses quality)
    Fist of the North Star (amazing stuff)
    Rurouni Kenshin
    Berserk
    Ultimate Muscle (kinda corny but has interesting fights)
    Akame Ga Kill (very dark and brutal but has amazing character development. Some of the fights are very satisfying to watch)

    I was informed to move to here from my question about good animes to here. Anyways, I am asking for good anime recommendations for animes to watch. I don't care much about genres but I am hoping for some that I haven't watch.
    Here's some more niche stuff you could get into but they're way more hardcore than usual anime, so if you're not really into gore or sexual themes or if you're a minor then you shouldn't get into them. 18+ type stuff.

    -Detroit Metal City (Comedy about a celebrity leading a double life as the lead singer of a Death Metal Band who wants to be a cutesy indie guitar player)
    -Dorohedoro (Not an entry tier anime by any measure but it's good. Can't even explain it here just look it up)
    -Berserk (This manga is so good that reading it is equal to watching an anime)
    -Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood (You can try the original FMA but Brotherhood is easier to get into since it doesn't have as slow of a burn. Also not as mature or gorey as the others. There's a reason this anime is at the top of My Anime List)
    -Golden Kamuy (This anime is hilarious and has lots of great character interaction. Check it out)

    1. Attack on Titan (really tragic, but probably my favorite anime now with the finale released)
    2. Parasyte: The Maxim (one of the dopest OSTs in an anime, with a strong story)
    3. Black Butler (beautiful with good story)
    4. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (jumps from pretty kid-friendly to some dark subjects quite quickly)
    5. Death Note (pretty interesting one, though the latter half is pretty lackluster at times)

    If you want to get away from the "reincarnated into another world" theme, some of my non-isekai favorites are:
    Shugo Chara
    Charlotte
    Blend-S
    Angel Beats
    A Place Further Than the Universe
    Anohana
    Interviews with Monster Girls
    the whole Love Live franchise

    ...in no particular order. :P There are others, for sure, but these are what popped up in my head at the moment. :)

    If you want more feels, check out Angel Beats, Clannad, and Your Lie in April. And also, while it isn’t exactly a sad anime, the ending of A Place Further Than the Universe kinda got to me. :P

    As you liked Gurren Lagann, you should def watch Gunbuster/Top wo nerae.
    It's a 90s classic, considered as the "father" of TTGL. Well written plot, superb soundtrack and well paced.

    jujutsu kaisen is a good watch only 1 season so far and a movie that surprisingly managed to go down really well in UK cinemas
