    I've just finished watching Odd Taxi and The Great Pretender.

    Looking for my next anime to watch. Can you guys suggest any new anime released last year or this year?

    land of the lostrus & grimgar of fantasy and ash 2 dam good hidden treasures that never had enough recognition.


    Not your typical shonen anime. Slow amazing stories that never had a chance. Both have 9.5/10 reviews. nothing but 5 stars dam near.

    hm, where to start. since you are talking about 2020-2021 period, maybe i can give you the most popular and well-received anime.

    Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer) - Human vs Demon that have been lingering in the human society for so long starting from isekai-ed Michael Jackson.Very great animation since they are from UFOTABLE aka unlimited budget works

    Jujutsu Kaisen - Your typical shounen anime centered around shaman fighting evil spirit. Don't be fooled by a "blind" kakashi

    Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan) - As the title says, you are being attacked by naked 3 meters and above titans. but they all get rekt by the shortest captain. how the table turned.

    Fate/Zero, Fate/Stay Night, Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade works, Fate/Stay Night: Heaven's Feel trilogy (yes there are 3 parts and they are all in movie) - Basically everything about Fate/Stay franchise. they are a very good series in general about past heroes from so many multiverse summoned to your world, kill you, and die. So many good and memorable fight scenes.

    The Fate series is incredible.

    The last film in Heaven's Feel was a bit weak in my opinion though.

    This anime is by no means new. But god damn do I still love it.

    Kimi no Na wa (also known as Your Name)

    This anime put me through whirlwind of emotions, and oh dear lord is it beautiful, fricking art. It’s a masterpiece.

    Did anyone watch rebuild of

    EVANGELION:3.0+1.01 THRICE UPON A TIME

    I just watched 1.11, 2.22, 3.33 and the finale recently on amazon primes. I still prefer the original series tbh, but in the rebuild it's a pleasure for the eyes and ears to have it in HD with real mind bending action scenes!!!

    Evangelion has been awkward to get into over the years, with disappointing DVD and blu ray releases for all different reasons. I found the conclusion to the rebuild extremely refreshing. The amazon HD 1080p was very satisfying for me, although the subtitles could benefit from some fine tuning to better communicate the gravity of certain scenes.

    The special collectors edition blu ray preorder is currently available for 199 gbp, going up to 299gbp for regular sale. I'll settle for the amazon prime quality though.
