Based on what you listed, i recommend the following 

Movies 

The Dead Don't Die (2019) is an super excellent dark comedy movie you might enjoy! 
I thought it was hilarious, but its a love it or hate it movie for sure.
The trailer for this one probably doesnt accurately communicate the entire movie at all.

Action movies_
Also, Arkansas (2020) (its ARKxNSAS with a skull emoji where the x is when you check the movie logo)

Cold Pursuit (2019). Atmospheric alaskan gang story about one tough dad on a quest for revenge, kinda like Taken.
Peppermint (2018) also very good in a similar vein but with more action.

I pretty much don't remember 21 Bridges (2019) so it can't have been that good.

Gemini Man (2019) was pretty cool tho. 

The Sisters Brothers (2018) is a great western type movie. 
Seven Psychopaths (2012) is worth everyones time.

and finally for this random list
No Country for Old Men (2007) an excellent movie about a murderer.


Comedy_
Jay and Silent Bob Reboot (2019) is a great one for toilet humour, very casual watch. Great for laughs, appropriate for people with opinions about star wars and superhero movie reboots.

Family_
Sonic the Hedgehog (2020) is a all round great family movie.

Preservation

Good flick, not dark but more of a suspense film.

I'm a fan of series so I'd say: 
- True Detectives (all seasons are good but if I had to sort them from best to worst: S1, S3, S2 ) 
- Warriors (only 1 season so far )
