yoooo just got finished watching S4 E6 and the idea that your girlfriend (or any recently dead person) could be installed into your conscious mind is a big concept to grasp. At first it sounded like the fix to everything, but it only served to drive both parties crazy. The idea that there was continuously a backseat driver to your every move, would usher in the breakup between the parents, they promptly fall out of love.

I had a tough up bringing so viewing the love and affection the mother has for her son from inside the father's head, yet from afar... Made me wallow in trapped memories that have just surfaced based on my past. being separated from parents hit me surprisingly hard.

Wooooow, imagine if technology shown in Black Mirror was a reality... I'm too stoned rn

But yeah, sat here thinking about it and i'm in a continuous loop of depressive thoughts and images.

at least the weed's good, right.

I cried watching the episode where there's a couple and the guy ends up in a car accident and dies.

Then the girl buys a robot that talks and kind of acts like him. Some of the episodes are really sad.

Even the (debatably) happy episodes, Nosedive and San Junipero were pretty heavy and sad - 5 million merits absolutely ****ing wrecked me.

The Star Trek based Virtual Reality one was a good one with a reasonably good ending  The leading character was at first one you felt sorry until you realized that he was manipulative and a jerk.

USS Callister:  By day, Robert Daly is the CTO of a tech-entertainment company, but by night he is in his own private cinematic universe -- based on a TV show he watched as a child -- as the commander of a starship exploring new worlds.

Black mirror is prob one of the most intense/uncomfortable shows I've ever seen. I love it.

The bees episode is probably my favorite

Also the military one with the hud that changed the perception of the wearers to make genocide easier.

Shit seems legit 25 years from now

God that show is 4 seasons of not enjoying any episode but at the same time being gripped enough by the story lines and the philosophy that you can't not watch more.

Couldn't get past season one.  The writers have some ****ing weird sex addiction they had to put into EVERY episode I watched from season one.
Ep 1. Dude had to **** a pig
Ep 2. Girl becomes a porn star on "Idiocracy" tv
Ep 3. Whole episode is about a guy not trusting his wife and making her replay past sexual encounters.

    Agree 100%

Can't even watch that trash. We wonder why there are so many shit posters, perhaps all this bad television has something to do with it? They are bored because there is nothing good to watch or they get weird ideas from what they are watching, IMHO.

Perhaps you don't meet the IQ requirements for the show. Maybe Sesame Street would be a better fit.
