But it's hilarious and GD needs some not so serious stuff occasionally ;)

Oh, I thought this was politics and law. -

Why would I laugh? -

Champ used to be RPG.
Ginsberg must play Torn, then! Altered her RBG Nick to go unnoticed.
So Champ is a Supreme Court Justice?
Holy crap! She can't express a sense of humor irl, so comes to Torn to experience that wonderfully healthy emotion. -

Posted on 17:12:18 - 22/03/18 (7 years ago)Post link copied to clipboard Copy post linkHey....lol...Colbert joked that she and Notorious B.I.G had Tupac killed.
Maybe she does have a Torn fetish account.
She claims she doesn't "juice" in her 85 year old gym training regimen so she must use the science lab.....good place to start looking for her account.
But if she could "juice" at 85....I'm sure a few pervs here would find her and "hit" that chyt daily if they could find her ;)"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look at what they can do when they stick together"

Yep
But I give her credit...she went on Colbert...exposed herself to his humor...so somewhere in there she has a sense of humor. She played the straight woman pretty good...whether contrived or just being "herself"Last edited by CaptainAssClown on 17:40:48 - 22/03/18 (7 years ago)"Snowflakes are one of nature's most fragile things, but just look at what they can do when they stick together"

Posted on 23:05:16 - 22/03/18 (7 years ago)Post link copied to clipboard Copy post linkSo I know you said you weren't fussed.. but I'm a teacher...
The US has three branches of Government; The Executive Branch (President ~ his staff/ Pres. has veto privileges and is able to propose policy/executive orders can also define policy), The Legislative Branch (Senate/ representatives/ law makers, where the laws are formed and approved. Also vetoes can be overridden if enough votes are there), and the Judicial Branch (the justices of the various courts. they interpret the laws) The Supreme Court is the final or the highest court one can appeal to. There are 9 justices that make up the Supreme Court. Ginsburg is one of those 9.
It's a life time appointment and right now it is fairly even between the two main political parties. Prior to Scalia's death there were 4 conservative/ 4 liberal and 1 middle of the road guy who probably leaned a bit more to the conservative side.) However, some of them are getting old, and if they die while Trump is in office there is a chance that the balance will be lost. Scalia was a conservative so his replacement means that the balance will probably stay the same for now.
Here in Torn we do not have a Supreme Court. We have aStaff and a Supreme Ched. I hear it is possible to make appeals to The Supreme Ched and sometimes the Supreme Ched will reverse lower staff decisions or at least lessen a punishment or give a pardon. I still think it is better to just not do the crime if you can't do the time.Last edited by JustJanet on 23:07:09 - 22/03/18 (7 years ago)Bitchilante-a vigilant bitch who’s only mean to those who deserve it
