Did Logan have healing factor before the Weapon X procedure?

I don't think so. In the movie universe, Logan gains the power to regenerate health only after the adamantium is put in his body.

Wolverine has always had healing factor, both in the movies and comics. If he didnt have any healing factor then he wouldnt survive the process of coating his bones with melted liquid adamantium.

I think in the comics, the healing factor was Logan's actual mutation. The adamantium was the Weapon X program, I know that... the claws, I'm actually not really sure. I know in one comic line he had bone claws when he didn't have the adamantium, so maybe it's the claws and healing factor?

ye logans mutant powers has always been healing factor, heightened senses, and bone claws. even some characters in the comics didnt know about hes bone claws until Magneto literally ripped the adamantium off his bones and almost killed him.
