Now I just had to make this thread after watching "The Walking Dead". I have never ever seen a character as bad as Neagan. WHAAAT?!! It's not even about number of people he's killed or who has done the most horrible things the guy is just all kinds of bad and all kinds of crazy, he makes joker from batman look like a "not so bad" guy xD
