I remember the dramatic scenes where Sandlers father dies and he constantly skips forward through time, missing his entire life before his very eyes. I tear up every time his death scene plays because of the sheer emotion in the scene. I get sad when he passes out at his daughters wedding during his and his wifes song Linger by the Cranberries. I just think, Yeah. That wouldve been a great movie if the tone remained consistent. But no. Adam Sandler once again took a BIG STEAMING SHIT on his career by attempting another half assed comedy. Are you kidding me? Had this movie have been a solely dramatic movie, it would have had an OSCAR. I almost feel sorry for Christopher Walken appearing in this sad pathetic excuse for a movie but this movie is so unmentioned that Walken has gone back to his fantastic roles as always. As for Sandler, I hope youre reading this, because I hope you stop making shit comedies and let your genuine creativity shine. Until then, **** YOU Sandler. -
