    I'm not that disappointed in the sense that i'd stop enjoying the show, considering the fact that I lost interest after David Tennant.

    However, I am disappointed that a show as legendary as doctor who is succumbing to the 'progressive' politics that the BBC is well known for.

    It's not so much that I mind a woman being the doctor, but the political connotations that it has in what is supposed to be an apolitical show.

    The last few Doctors were shit. Last good one was Tennant. Roll on the woman, she can't be worse... [:sick:]

    I've now seen the Christmas Special. It was okay. My conclusion though? Women can't drive to save their life:

    The regeneration energy and the Tardis exploding on the inside and the doors opening seemed way too much like the regeneration into the 11th doctor.





    Also why is the regenerations now so flashy and explody anyways? It was not like that before all that happened is his faced changed, or in the case of the forth to the fifth there was the watcher.
