I find it a bit mad that only the seven of them marched off into the snow to meet the army of the undead.
Not sure what they even hope to achieve - capturing a white walker would require more people, more armour and horses or something surely. I sure as hell wouldn'tve followed them lol...

    MadHatter [486416]

Yeah, I thought that part was pretty stupid. I'm not sure what they're hoping to accomplish here.

But the episode overall was pretty great, even for what people have described as a "filler episode". After a season full of filler episodes (season 6), I'd say this counts as a real episode.

And I don't care if they're related or not, I want to see Jon and Daenerys bang.

    Afterlife [1878832]

Yeah, nothing like a little incest action, lol.

    Murky [1839173]

He pet her dragon, only fair that she returns the favor.

    David [132845]

Besides, as long as they don't meet with Bran, they can still plead plausible deniability! []
Maybe we'll have peace, and Jon/Danny can go on double dates with Jaime/Cersei in Kings Landing. If they swing then it won't be incest.

TBH this whole season seems kinda dumb in hindsight.

I understand why it took so long to go to Kings Landing and argue with cersei- the necessary battles needed to happen along the way.

But it really just feels like 6/7 episodes is Jon Snow telling Khaleesi " We need to convince Cersei to help us fight the white walkers. "
and then cut to a scene with some battle whether its at casterly rock or on the high seas or in the north.

Really reduced GOT down to its core this season, but idk it just seems kinda basic and not very tense like it should be.
I'm not afraid of the white king invading the human lands it's like the boy who cried wolf all over again.

    - My theory is, this is on purpose, since we have a whole nother season they need to fill with drama and action and everything people have come to expect from GOT.
That level of entertainment isn't gonna be delivered in 8(?) 2-hour long(?) episodes, if things end positively in the finale of S07.

So my money is on the white king overrunning the wall and we get a season of them beating him, and returning peace to westeros.

What an episode of the latest one! Totally on-the-edge-action!

I know im a little late, RL issues meant I couldnt watch it Monday.

Tough time staying away from spoilers lol!

The Hound still remains 1 of my favourite charachters, he gets some of the best lines lol!

Very excited for next week. :-)

Don't worry bro, they're totally gonna bang in the finale

We were complaining about Dae-Nae and Jo-Sno not doing the dirty tango, right? I didn't read your whole book

Anyone got any predictions for the last episode? I think the Night King is going to use to the dragon to breech the wall and the whole next season will be all about fighting him and holding off the undead, oh and I think the Jon and Dany thing is on too!

Just hope we see more of Tormund, every scene he has makes me love him more (which I'm sure means he'll meet a grisly death soon, was pretty much expecting him to go last episode!)

Oh sorry I've just seen you said exactly that in a previous post Laughingman, I guess I should have read your book ;)

I've actually really enjoyed this season, despite all the plot holes in the story! I think they are struggling without the books now as guidance as the whole 'going to get a white walker for the mad bitch Cersei' seemed like a ridiculous idea!

Not a fan of the Arya/Sansa Storyline either, I really liked Arya up until this season but she's just seeming a bit pathetic now!

But still, been gripped every episode and really enjoyed all the different character lines finally coming together.

I shall stop now before I write a book of my own!

Loved the books, love the show, but now it pisses me off that I have to wait a year+ from now for the final 6 episodes!

Littlefinger scene was my favorite today.

Yep definitely agree the Littlefinger scene was the amazing! Loved how they set it up too, absolutely didn't see it coming, I guess that's why we had to go through all the Arya/Sansa dramatics through the season...totally made it worth it!!

I loved Littlefinger's death. Typically I like more brutal displays, but this was fitting for him: quiet, small, insignificant. His life AND death will be forgotten, and he'll fade away.

6 episode season next year, but they'll have longer duration times? I'm not keen to that idea yet.
