I don't like the cgi. The orcs doesn't feel right to me. Hell, Stuart the rat looks more real then they do. Although, I appreciate their effort. I hope if they make a sequel, the elves and the undead would be added into the story.

One question though, does the movie cover only Warcraft I? I only played Warcraft III so I'm not pretty clear with what happened to the Orcs and the Humans.

    yeah that's a real pity :C

There's so much greater stories to be told about, and if it fails they won't ever bother bringing out those stories, because well let's be honest, it's all about money these days..

Heyra: f**k cgi, story and acting is a lot more important

If the cgi looks fake, everything would feel fake and it bothers most of the movie goers... which is the ones who's going to rate and recommend the movie to others... which means cash and a sequel. Maybe it's ok for Warcraft fans but for normal movie goers, that's a thumbs down.

I hope it would be interesting at least.

I find it sad, that these days cgi etc is the thing that makes or unmakes a film these days, it should be about the acting, and abou the story, not about how well they can fake explosions etc :c

It's not about the explosions, if you want explosions galore just watch Michael Bay films, it's about creating an atmosphere for the movie. Acting and story-telling, agree are the key factors, but if the background sucks, it bothers the majority of people. What's bad is the so called actors in Warcraft Movie are made with CGI. Personally, even if it's super expensive, they should have used the technique used in Narnia where it's 50% cgi and 50% make up/prosthetic.

Remember: If the first movie flops, don't expect a second one which is a shame because I want to see the Undead and the Elves come to life.

Yeah I'm fully agreeing with that opinion, like couldn't agree more haha xD Like I'd love to see a story about sylvanas or about the lich king how he came to be like with the background of ner'zhul added to it, because now we really only have small cinematics and tons of in game lore.

But it'd be so awesome to have an actuall completely movie about these subjects
