Just watched the American version of Death Note

    A detective cat/mouse thriller about a goal driven psychopathic killer who is fed up with the justice system imprisons himself to avoid incrimination for all his murders inflicted upon those who are guilty in his eyes. The police are aware it is him but lack the evidence to persecute him, and the movie eventually ends after the deaths of many. Finally, when he is about to kill those at the very top, the investigators discover his killing device and use it against him, which results in him dying a sad, tragic death.

    The movie I'm talking about, is of course Law Abiding Citizen.

    Too bad they didn't cite it though, not even as an inspiration.

    ...Misleading title. There is going to be an american version of Death Note. Glad you enjoyed your movie though.

    Appears you revealed the ending of not one, but two movies.
    Well done Einstein.

    But I shot a man in Torn, just to watch him die.
