You can't, if you list an item/weapon/armor on auction, the highest bid wins it no matter what.
Not sure what or why you want to, other than the bid being too low or someone you don't want bidding on it does.
You have two options in that case.
You can block specific people from bidding on it further by adding them to your enemies list then turning off exchanges from the enemies list page. That doesn't remove their current bid though.
If the bid is too low, you can have someone you know artificially bid the item up and if they win, exchange the money and item back through trade; though unless you're in a property broker, you're still charged the fee of sale at the end of the auction.
If I'm misunderstanding and you want to revoke one of your bids, again, you can't. You will have to wait to be outbid, assuming someone does outbid you.

Yes, especially of its a low tier yellow weapon that's only worth bunker bucks. Most of the bids don't roll in until the last hour or so down to the last couple seconds.
The goal of bidding on an item for most people is to pay as little as possible, it doesn't really make sense from that perspective to bid on it early if you don't have to; the longer you wait, the less bids, the less you'll end up paying.

Yeah, most people start bidding in the last two hours or even the last 30 minutes, when it's not an amazing item. The more expensive/wanted an item is, the sooner you'll see higher bids.

for example, I have 5 listings just under 5 hours left and they're all extremely under valued as it looks. But by the time it finished every one of these weapons will be 200-400mil each.
If you have something worth buying, I'd recommend advertising it in trade chat for the last hour just to draw some eyes to it. If its just a junker bunker bucks weapon, don't worry about it. It'll bring bunker bucks value (5.5m per BB)

So the bid is 1 dollar... Do you really think it's going to stay there? Do you have any idea how an auction works?

Each item in Torn has some sort of baseline, minimum value. RW weapons get their minimum value through their bunker bucks value.
Bunker bucks are used in Big Al's Bunker to buy caches outside of Ranked Wars. The only way to get Bunker Bucks is by recycling ranked war weapons. The type of weapon/armor and it's color rarity determine how many BB's are offered at the Bunker. Bunker bucks are worth about 5.5m each, tied loosely to the overall price of caches.
So, if you have a yellow melee weapon, for example, with a trash bonus and that is not a good weapon type, you will probably only get 20-30m in the auction.

No, unless you're buying and selling weapons/caches on a reasonably large scale its not worth it at all
you'll get close enough value just auctioning or you can sell to a trader who buys junk weapons for bunker bucks and at least guarantee the full bb amount without paying 3% auction fees - shameless plug for me ;)
(Note: property brokers used to be exempt from auction fees as stated above, but that is no longer true)

No, it's not really worth it unless you have lots of bad RW weapons you don't need and you want to get new caches.

No the bunker is useless for someone who isn't extremely well off financially and constantly opening caches.
It's just a place where you can exchange junk weapons for the bunker bucks currency which can only be used to buy more caches instead of selling the weapons.

there's quite a few different "supply packs".
Medical, weapons, armor, drug, clothing, and a few other Miscellaneous junk ones like billfold.
The bunker is solely used for weapons and armor trade ins though.
