    Hello,

As of recent times, there has been a lot of talk of Political Assassinations however we don't have people with high enough CE which leads me to my question.

Has anyone been paid or has paid for a service for a person to join their faction or you join theirs, and complete PA's with them for a certain amount of time in exchange for money? Is this pretty common and a rough set number that people would get paid for this service or am I just starting a possible trend?

Factions who can't otherwise entice PA leads often sweeten the pot with better payout distributions for the leads. As for payment anything can be bought but I'd expect PA leads, esp ones that can carry noobs, to be quite expensive because of how valuable they are to a faction. Being in a PA team at only 50% success rate gives 40 arsons a day. At 40 arsons alone that's almost 15k a year per player and your lead would be carrying 3 ppl so you'd hit the what 120k to have another w/o them after like 2 and 3/4 years assuming you did no other crime training. Even less if you assume the 4th would add some arsons to the total and you assume everyone is training.

Sorry for the wall of text and random numbers.
TLDR: pa leads are VERY valuable for member growth in your faction.

So this question has simple answer but maybe some explanation is needed.

What you are describing (I believe) is that you, or your faction, wishes to hire a PA leader. This PA leader will help carry 3 of your existing faction members to complete a PA successfully.
Ive heard it being done before but I am led to believe this sort of arrangement is very rare.

    2 main reasons why:
    1) The person to be hired as the PA leader will lose out on their home faction's upgrades and community (such as maybe their home faction does giveaways and contests or such)
    2) The faction hiring them loses out by hiring them. PA's are not guaranteed. PA leads can bill the faction on attempt and/or a majority portion of the PA success money.

Your faction needs a goal as to why you want to do a PA and decide if it is worth hiring a PA leader.
Need respect from PA? Do more chains.
Need money from PA? Take territories and cause drama.
Just want PA's to grow the CE of lower members? Yeah I can see this, but Torn is a marathon not a sprint, plane hijackings are pretty good too.

There are citizens of TORN that are extremely overpowered when it comes to CE. They can almost guarantee PA success regardless of the other three team members. Their game play prior to the 2014 nerf has significant benefits for others today. 1) The faction gains respect 2) the three carried members gain a HUGE amount of crime experience per successful PA making them PA ready much quicker than without being carried, thus benefitting the faction again. How much is that worth to you and your faction? How much do you think it will take to lure them from their current faction? Make them an offer they cant refuse.

I think what would make more sense would be for a fresh 60 nnb player to be entered into a faction with a killer lead or team such that the team can carry the fresh 60 nnb. I would imagine the fresh 60 nnb would be willing to forego at least their payment and even make a monetary contribution for those extra 600 EA every ten days. What is 600 arsons worth. Given that a refill is like 1.2 million and gets you what, 9-10 arsons, or whatever I would think 600 arsons is worth 60 million bucks. But that is steep price.
