Thank you Cle3ric0l for the useful information. I will most definitely study it as I am always looking for ways to improve my graphic skills. I hope to be as good as you someday. :-)
I make all my gifs & graphics in Photoshop, but have been trying to find a quicker way. Making a gif in Photoshop is a ridiculous time consumer since a good quality, seamless gif will have a minimum of 200 layers, all of which will need to be edited individually. My forum sig below is one of the gifs I made & personalized for each of my faction mates. Took almost a week to make. :-/
yeah thats exactly why i stopped doing animated work, just dont have the time anymore..........you could look at getting a program called after effects.......or theres always websites like giphy lol
Are you sure you want to report this post to staff?
I know this is a bit old but I was wondering if there were some type of guidelines to the typical dimensions of the artwork done across Torn. Such as profile pics (which that one's obvious), forum sigs, profile sigs, company images, faction images, etc.
The tin check is fantastic lol I was using a app before but this allows me /everyone to have a quick look for transparency I'll include it with even my own dealings (^^)b probably worded this incorrectly lol now just got to gage my own works value lol you don't have a tip on that do you
Hi fellow artists, I am still around, just haven't bumped my thread (was and still am a bit swamped with orders). Will update my thread again soon woth new content, seeing as so many factions and companies change names and logos, One can't really keep up anymore these days. Lol!
Not sure how many knows avout this, found a online Photoshop clone. Dont need to install anything by the looks of things, shoukd work on any platform or OS. I haven't tried it though, just thought I'd share it here:
