    You don't want to live in a shack or a trailer, trust me!

    Your property determines your Happy bar's maximum, and your happiness has a HUGE effect on your gym gains early on, so it's really important new players live in the best property they can afford. Let me help you with that! :)

     

     

     

    I have a collection of various fully upgraded properties perfect for new players like you to move into. I'm willing to offer new players a 100 day lease for one dollar. You'll still need to pay for the daily upkeep, and any staff you hire.

     

     

     

    I have 3 types of properties for you to choose from: Villas, Penthouses, and Mansions.

     

     

     

    Villa:

    My fully-upgraded villas have 800 max happy, and cannot have any staff.

    Daily upkeep costs $350.

     

     

     

    Penthouse:

    My fully-upgraded penthouses have 925 max happy without staff, or 1150 with.

    If you choose to hire maximum staff, your total daily cost is $47,950.

    Daily upkeep without any staff costs $450.

     

     

     

    Mansion:

    My fully-upgraded mansions have 1000 max happy without staff, or 1725 with.

    If you choose to hire maximum staff, your total daily cost is $198,000.

    Daily upkeep without any staff costs $500.

    I'm interested in renting a penthouse or mansion; I want to create my own community of friends since I work irl and don't really have many folks to talk with on the daily and id like to change that. This would really help me play more often, and encourage me to keep up with it. Thanks for considering me.

    I’m a new player and I love these long term real life type of games I know I will be a active player and your investment in me will be shown greatly I’m figuring out my plan now if I want to stay in the army and work my way up or go for most profitable I will most likely stay doing what’s fun for me rather then going for profit because I’m here for the long run, I would like too get the mansion if u still have some available

    I need a mansion. I only really play torn for the poker but I’m sick of getting hospitalized where I can’t even play. I need to start focusing more on my character stats to prevent this I guess. I love this game bc I didn’t even kno how to play poker before I found it. Now I’m obsessed. I often sell losses which is pretty lame. Id be nice to change that but I gotta get the money somewhere

    Hey,

     

    Currently new to Torn and so far im enjoying it. I like the idea of how you are able to control and play in terms of what you want to achieve. As of now, im still learning and one of the advise i get is have a good rental for which you can max your happiness. So i would gladly appreciate it if you can rent me a mansion until i get the hang of this game.
