    Title says it all. If you are new and still saving for that PI rental(if not you should be), send me a message and I will lease you the property free of charge!


    • Minimum rent allowed is $1 but I will send that back to you if you wish.

    • Default rental period will be 7 days to keep properties available however all terms are negotiable if you need an extended lease, still at $1.
