I can't believe it, I just paid off my very own PI. Never thought I'd own one yet but thanks to MrAshKill94 I was able to make easy payments that fit my schedule. I paid 50mil every 2 weeks and I used my bank interest to make the payments so I always knew I had the funds available. Now I'm gonna save up a bit more and have him place a cpl upgrades on it at a discounted rate and I'll still be able to buy the airstrip myself and get the merit for it, plus I got the merit for buying a PI as well. He's very friendly and will work with you within reason and it was a great experience for me and all I have to say is that if your wanting to buy a PI but can't swing the full amount then talk to MrAshKill94 and finance it. You pay exactly the cost that he quotes you and whether u pay every 2 weeks or monthly he will work with u. I paid mine off 2 weeks early and now it's mine. No more looking for one to rent. And when I get mine upgraded then I will buy another from him this way and use it to make some extra cash as well. Come by and talk to him, I'm glad I did. You will be too. Good Sire of PI,

I am pretty new player but for now I am hunting my way to get my own PI. I still don't get the benefit to walking towards to own PI with you, MrAsh, It is mainly I still don't really understand the real price to get every upgrade of PI. Can you help me to understand this?

For now I will explain my probable future expense based on my own understanding if I walk on my own but keeping my rythm with you.

Following on your 5 months installment plans
1. I will prepare 500 mil, with saving 100 mil per month, to buy a new PI. Expense = 500mil or probably lower if looking at player market

2. I rent PI from other player, with the almost logical lowest rent price with maximizing benefit, there are PI with only airstrip but rent price 300k per day, thats why I choose PI with rent 400k per day with happiness 3750 and with airstrip. Expense : 400k per day > 60m for 5 months.

3. Price to upgrade PI (At least same with your basic PI with 2550 happy) ?, Expense : ....?

Total Expense my own = at least 560 million (5 months live on PI 3750 Happy with Airstrip)

Total expense following your plan = 500m + 80m = 580 million (5 months live on PI 2550 Happy)

no your post doesnt offend me... on the contrary i am happy to solve your doubts

1) my plan is for people who wants to own a pi but they cannot save a huge amount all at once
2) you dont have to rent another pi for 5 months cause whats the point of it you get airstrip here as well and with max staff it becomes 3350 happy.. and i am sure few months of compromised happy is better in a long run
3) after the EMI process is done i help you / guide you on upgrades at best possible rates you can check what are the uprades and its prices in torn wiki

Oh, after see your answer, I read it again in wiki more carefully. I just realize many thing, especially about staff. Oh man, I ask others what is the benefit from staff except pilot and they say there is no benefit, but I just know that they actually give more happy:) Perfect for upgrade it before do any gym.

If you do include airstrip in your PI, as it is most important facilty for me, That will be a real deal :D

Then for now please let me join in your waiting list, for now my rent is still ongoing until next 44 days. It will be a waste just to abandon it.
