I've been in the market for a way to purchase a PI ever since the one I was renting from a former friend expired. Thanks to MrAshKills payment program I am finally able to buy my own and get away from the question who can I rent a pi from. Thank you MrAshKill for this great affordable plan that you have made available for the not so rich part of torn city.

Last year I win PI on Wheel of Awesome. For some time I did nothing. Many advice is to sell this one then you can simply buy the fully upgraded PI. But I will tell you why this is not correct and WHY YOU SHOULD UPGRATE NOT BUY MAX HAPPY PI.

• First some one tells me to talk to MrAshKill94. He is very nice and honest. He will give you more than what you ask for at a very fair price. For instance the first upgrade I need will be the Airstrip so that I can rent my PI. Mr gets me the airstrip for a very fair price less than what I can get it for if I must upgrade it my self with no ELT nor Broker discount. Then he also gives some extra upgrades FOR FREE at that time! Now I am renting my PI and I am spending less than $100k.
  
• Next after some time I have saved up and I can do some more upgrades. This time I am spending $200m and now I am having Max Vault and medical in my PI. It is more Happy and so I can rent it for more.
  
• Next after more time I save up more $200m. This time I am upgrading Max Interior. More happy. More rent.
  
• Finally after MUCH longer time I save up $735m for the last upgrade which is the yacht.

In all I am spending about $1.13b for this PI that is fully upgraded to max happy.

The cheapest PI I find on the market is $488m that is probs how much I can sell my PI for when I win it.
The cheapest 3725 Happy PI I can find is $970m but for me this cost is $410m only so if I sell then I can get profit of $560m which will be better than $488m only.
Finally the cheapest 4225 Max Happy PI I can find is $1.72b that is $585m more than I have paid.
Therefore if I sell my PI that I win for $488m and I must spend $1.72b for 4225 Full Happy PI it will cost me $1.23b.
Since I am spending $1.13b on upgrades I am saving $100m.
This is not even including the rent income that I am getting for the time that I am upgrading the PI.

Therefore I very much recommend that you should UPGRADE this PI if you win it on the Wheel of Awesome and you should be using MrAshKill94 for this service because he is very nice and very honest.



(p.s. I did not wish to type so much numbers exactly so there is some rounding off but you should get the idea the savings is HYOOJ)
