    So I have this very nice island that I'm renting that comes with 5025 happiness. And there is plenty of room here for another.  Perhaps the right spouse/partner may come along and fill that void.

    Who might that other be?  Someone that is looking for a partnership.  If you're willing and able to pitch in on rent/upkeep great. But I've been doing it on my own long enough that I can handle it. But there's a whole lot to be had in this city if we work together.

    Me: A dude who owns a fully loaded PI who doesn't want to pay the upkeep anymore
    You: A person who will either pay the upkeep on my PI, OR a person who owns their PI and wants their upkeep paid so I can rent out mine.  If you are the latter, vault access will be required.
