    Whoever offered you 10b is not good with money. But I am open to suggestion as to why 10b is anywhere reasonable?

    used to go around 800-900m
    Then prices of Edvds went down so you are looking around 600-700m now
    There are also too many around, together with Sweet shop. So selling is easy. And of course you can always try to find someone who wants to pay more than it is worth, like the people above here who claim to have sold a lingerie store for 10b lol.

    Honestly, at this point, people are struggling to offload ANs for 400m, so I'd put the valuation around there.

    a 4* lingerie store was sold for 300m like a month ago, so a 6* one should go for around 550m or even more.
    yeah its so freakin much overrated ik but yeah we cant do anything.supply and demand control the price :(
