Since there's many threads regarding it - you can post in here in order to ask for a Price Check and I'm sure someone will get back to you shortly...
Regards.

C&C stock discounts the start up by 25% so Just over 8B if you can get you hands on that.

Ok there's a 10* that the director is asking 1.5B for in the buying/selling thread.
The company can make 17m per week which equates to 884m per year (Rounded down of top company)
The company has STRONG specials, with E bonuses and great stat boosts, ideal for faction members. This should mean you can find staff for minimal pay (I would pay staff 50k a day max). This x 10 = 500k a day/ 3.5m a week/ 182m per year.
884-182= 702m. I would spend 1/3 of profit on advertising (234m)
702-234= 468m per year profit made from the company
Now comes the personal bit, I would look to spend under 2 years profits for the company so I would offer around 800-900m for the company. However with the specials being strong you could probably get me up to 1B if I really wanted it. (Sadly for you I don't)
My personal valuation others may be different. -

I'd say you'd get about 300-350 for it - depends what buyer wants to pay. 10* sells for 400-500 depending on seller.

Daily net income: ~500k
I don`t overpay the workers and they are loyal.
For 150 job points you will receive a property that can be anything up to a castle (property every 15th day)
The +10% discount on property upgrade at 10* will bring a lot cash for anyone with a good networth.
Fully upgraded..
1 star Commission + Money (1 job points)
3 star Job Satisfaction + 50 happiness (1 job points)
5 star Vendor - No item market fees (Passive)
7 star Insider Trading - Random property (150 job points)
10 star Interior Connections + 10% property upgrade cost reduction (Passive)
Been at the top of the charts since it was 3*.
Not sure what other info i could give. -

Upgrades would be good, Have you got any info on the properties given for the special.
Regularity of decent properties would have an effect on company worth.
I'm guessing similar to stock pay outs. -

This is what i got until now:
- You have exchanged 150 job points for a Detached house.
- You have exchanged 150 job points for a Semi-Detached House.
- You have exchanged 150 job points for a Villa.
- You have exchanged 150 job points for a Villa.
- You have exchanged 150 job points for a Ranch.
- You have exchanged 150 job points for a Mansion.
Low tier are more common than high tier, a bunch of my employees also reported vilas, detached houses and Penthouses as most common. -

Uhm, it costs 2 mil to have it fully upgraded (company staff and room upgrades, no stocks since it has none) and it is written there if you read it twice (that if you don`t notice it the 1st time)
Fully upgraded.. -

okey dokie.
I did miss the fully upgraded the first time. Sorry.
I would give the special a value of roughly 7m every 15 days, most the time you get under this but the big ones boost it. This equates to 170m per annum.
I'm guessing most of the daily profits go on staff and adverts so that can be neglected.
The property boost as it stands is only useful to a very select amount of players. If there was a change to the property system then that would make it more valuable.
I would say anywhere between 350m-500m and your about right. Obviously more is always better.
P.s disappointed on that 99% pop lol. -

dude your math is terrible. Nobody will work for 50k at a furniture. you have atleast to double that. so thats 182m per year additionaly. so thats less than 300m profit left. And guess what? you spend all of it to buy inventory.
And strong bonuses 3e per job point? you kidding right? The kick thing is the only cool thing it has.Last edited by Hadas on 07:55:39 - 08/08/16 -
