I am running a fitness center.

Somehow, the reception role is earning much more than other roles in the company.
    The employees are active daily
I have a Nutritionist who has 70k intel is earning just over 30k.
I have a Receptionist who has met the over required stat is earning over 150k
I have a fitness instructor who has 47k manual and 22k endurance is earning about 70k

And to add on, 1 of my Receptionist who does not meet the required stat
    And is 10 days inactive
And his most recent daily earn is 100k

I think something must be wrong here.

It makes sense considering the money comes the actual sell of the membership which is the receptionists' job.

I think he's referring to the fact that the stat to dollar ratio is skewed and he doesn't see an effect from having a higher stat employee in the company when receptionists with lower stats and activity are making much more.

What I would assume in this situation is that the nutritionist adds a passive bonus to the other two positions but doesn't make an exceptional amount of money on his own and is in more of a support position.
To test this you could make your nutritionist a receptionist for a day and see if you make more or less money.
If it doesn't change negatively I'm not sure you even need a nutritionist.

You can have high stat players as receptionist.  I like how the most important job role has the lowest required stats.
