Same for me. It went up to 2% on the first try. Didn't get the star back at 0%

The star shows the first time, but it does not reappear after coming back down to 0% notoriety on our end. I checked on different devices.

This should be resolved going forth. The front end was rounding the notoriety instead of using ceil, so you did not have exactly 0% notoriety to have the outcome available to you. We have changed the rounding method so it is ceil'd now.
