torn staff not being sterilized corporate robots is actually a good thing

of all the things people advocate for on torn, the wildest to me is that torn staff be "professional", frankly i find the suggestion abhorrent and antithetical to torn city's ethos

Just, to be clear, don't make the same mistake OP did and assume you get a tax break for said opinion.

He may try to give all those opinions for you and get a deduction.

- You call someone salty in the title of your long, pissy rant.
- You call sugarvalves unprofessional while spamming slurs at him and everyone else in a schoolyard-grade attempt to be hurtful.
- You complain about Proxima insulting your mental breakdown while you spam said slurs.
- You claim not to care what anyone thinks while simultaneously getting extremely defensive.

Yes, you seem to have a knack for missing things.

We’ve gone from a mostly understandable grievance, to trench warfare. While this isn’t anything new for a General Discussion thread I think we’ve reached the end of any actual discussion, unless someone has insight that they’ve been neglecting to say after witnessing the deterioration of the thread. That being said I doubt most people read past the first few pages anyway.

It is pretty hard to tell someone that they are hypocritical. Because if they are wrong no one has a leg to stand on. And if they are right then often times the other person will refuse to see it. What I think we can all agree on is that in trying to prove your point(s) you have ended up taking very unflinching statements while essentially mocking everyone and everything else. Even if your opinions and stances were correct, which from what I have seen is not the case, the way you have presented your opinions is so polarizing that the presentation in of itself seems to have turned everyone against you.
