If you are sure it's a bad split, posting in it "Bugs & Issues" will most likely yield faster results.
Also: I don't know your specific situation, because of the lack of informations, but two K high flushs can have different strenghts. If the highest flush card is the same, the 2nd highest gets compared, if the 2nd highest is the same, the 3rd highest gets compared.... and so on till 5 cards.
