    Recently (~9 days ago) had my account hacked from another country. B******s pretty much liquidated my entire portfolio. Got fedded (and reinstated obv.) My question is this: is there somebody I can talk to about the loss of my shares (and come to think of it, they sold a couple of properties too). I realise the bosses here are under no obligation to compensate or reinstate, but I’ve been the victim of a fraud and feeling everything that entails.

    So the mods were no help, in spite of the fact that all 5 similarly named recipients of my cash/donator boxes purchased therein have all been permabanned

    If you’ve received no satisfactory response, your account was subjected to unauthorised access and the accounts the funds were sent to are all banned, and the staff still refuse to return the cash/stocks, open a dispute or chargeback on your donator pack purchases.

    Torn staff have logs for all transactions in game, so know exactly where the cash went and who was responsible - if they’re refusing to recredit it that’s not reasonable and you should mention the full details of all of this in your dispute/chargeback.
