Better returns when compared to the Item Market - If you're a player who doesn't own a bazaar yet, you probably sell your items in the Item Market. Most traders (including me) offer better prices than what you normally get from the item market after paying the listing fee. My trades are also super fast which means you'll have cash in hand in a few minutes.
Low Risk of getting Mugged - There's always a chance you'll get mugged when selling high value items. With traders, you know who you're selling to and can check the trader's forum reviews or friends to enemies ratio to see if he/she is trustworthy.
"What items should I sell to make money?"
Consistenly buying 100 items from the city east side shops - Bits 'N' Bobs, Big Al's Gun shop or Sally's Sweet shop - and then selling them for profit is something you should be doing irrespective of your player level. Here is a short list of items that can make you decent money -
Bits 'N' Bobs (City East Area) : Bottle of Beer, Teddy Bear plushie, Sheep plushie, Kitten plushie
If you're at level 15 or above, buying plushies and flowers from abroad and then selling them in Torn can make you millions of Dollars each day. I'm hiring flower runners who can sell me flowers in bulk regularly. If you're interested, send me a message and we can discuss the terms in detail. (^.^)
