    Citizens,

We've just launched the new scenario spawning system for Organized Crimes 2.0. With this update, factions can now spawn a random scenario from four difficulty ranges. Each time a scenario is spawned, it consumes a new faction resource called Scope, which can be earned by successfully completing scenarios.

Previously, we tried to anticipate what a faction needed by looking at the highest-level scenario it had completed in the last two weeks. This often caused problems for factions with members of different skill levels. The new system gives factions more control over which scenarios they choose to run.

As part of this update, we will be categorizing OC 2.0 scenarios as follows:

    Lambda (Λ)

Simple assignments with difficulty levels between 1-2
Cost: 1 scope (Provides 2-3 scope upon success)

    Sigma (Σ)

Intermediate jobs with difficulty levels between 3-5

Cost: 2 scope (Provides 3-4 scope upon success)

    Psi (Ψ)

Advanced operations with difficulty levels between 6-8

Cost: 4 scope (Provides 5-6 scope upon success)

    Omega (Ω)

Elite multi-step conspiracies at the highest of difficulty levels
Cost: 12 scope (Provides 7-10 scope upon successful completion)

Before being able to manually spawn any scenarios, the relevant upgrade must be unlocked on the faction tree's core branch.

Factions that have migrated to OCs 2.0 will start with 25 Scope and can hold up to 100 in total. Scope passively regenerates at a rate of only +1 per day, so efficient management is essential to avoid depletion.

We reserve the right to adjust scope costs and rewards in future based on our analytics.

    Thanks.
