Hello fellow torn citizens, today I bring you yet another Stocks 3.0 spreadsheet. This one focuses on telling you what to buy next based on what you already have purchased. The format is based on this spreadsheet by Autopilot [2426505].

I hope you find it useful.

Some things to take into account:

It takes all the necessary information from the torn API, you shouldn't need to manually add anything.

Everytime you click the big "Click!" button it updates the values and auto-sorts by ROI (the highest, the most profitable)

Bank takes into account the best APR investment (usually 2 or 3 months).

Different shades of orange are for different increments, and red is for bank related investments.

All the stocks/increments you already have will be highlighted on green color.

How to use:

Save a copy in your Google drive account

It will probably ask you to give script running permission, say yes

Add your API (make it Limited Access, or create a custom one following this link)

Click the big button that says "Click!"

If I may make a small suggestion (I am doing this for my own copy) - allow a customizable ROI% trigger for color coding and "what-if" buying scenarios, ex: the current ROI for a fully-loaded PI is ~19% (900,000/day rent x 365 / PI cost of 1.7B) - I want to see everything above that amount, etc.

I've been using this as he's done some development and upgrades and such. It's an awesome tool. I give it the Baldr seal of approval.

I appreciate your suggestion, but I'd rather keep it neutral as it is, because different people have different needs.

As you said, anyone that wants to can change the spreadsheet at their convenience, as it is stored locally.

Unfortunately appscript won't work on mobile Google Sheets. There is an alternative if you usually will use it on phone, you can set it up to autoupdate every 5 minutes on pc, so when you open it on phone it is updated.

Let me know if you need some help with setting it up.

The first step of how to use clearly says:
Save a copy in your Google drive account
What you are trying to do is edit MY COPY of the spreadsheet instead of creaing your own copy.
