If you have questions or feel I missed something, please let me know so I can update this guide accordingly! Note that I'm focusing on the advanced-repeatable Duke missions only.
Hopefully you found this to be helpful!

A Good Day To Get Hard This mission is extra-unfortunate for players who are reading stat-training books. Luckily, this can be accomplished via $300k slut-defends as opposed to burning energy attacking. A Kimpossible Task Unequip your primary and secondary weapon prior to entering this attack. You can only use melee and temporary weapons and it's too easy to attack with a primary/secondary out of habit and fail this mission! A Problem at the Tracks You are allowed to use melee weapons! Unequip your weapons before entering the attacks because it is way too easy to attack with your primary/secondary out of habit and waste energy. Injectable temps can be helpful with this mission. A Thor Loser Best case scenario you get lucky and knock out this mission in one attack on an NPC during a loot raid. High-defense-low-dexterity players make the best non-NPC targets. Let me (Andyman) know if you need assistance, I can take a Ketamine and equip a plastic sword. Against the Odds Leave the targets for experience; mug the targets for a chance at cash An Honorary Degree You are allowed to use melee weapons! Unequip your weapons before entering the attack because it is way too easy to attack with your primary/secondary out of habit and waste energy. Army of One You only have to attack the target, not defeat the target. Try running away from the target to avoid having to wait for the target to get out of the hospital. Do not forget to switch the mask after each attack! Bakeout Breakout This is pretty straightforward, just make sure the user is in jail and you send it to the correct user! (I tend to hunt for targets with a lot of time left) Bare Knuckle This mission is a PITA; however, you are allowed to bring injectable temps so it isn't super difficult. I typically recommend "rolling" an Epinepherine into the fight from a prior attack and injecting a Melatonin prior to punching/kicking my target. Be sure to unequip all your armor and weapons per the mission instructions! Batshit Crazy Do this mission during an NPC loot raid if possible. Big Tub of Muscle These players hit hard, you might try throwing a flash before initiating the assault to keep them from making contact. Leave the target for experience; mug the target for a chance at cash Birthday Surprise Do as the mission says... buy the gift, buy a parcel, buy gift wrap, open the box, input the item, giftwrap the box, send to Duke. Bonnie and Clyde Leave the targets for experience; mug the targets for a chance at cash Bountiful Time to go bounty hunting! Just stalk the newspaper for low-xanax-taken targets and claim their bounty. If you have to, have a friend put some bounties on a few easy targets and immediately claim them. Bounty on the Mutiny This mission is easy mode. Just make sure your bounty is at least $300,000 so that it actually gets claimed in a short amount of time. Bring it! Simply join a loot raid on Duke, or pay one of the stat-monsters (Bodybagger) to help you defeat Duke. Candy from Babies Stalk the newspaper for low-xanax-taken targets and claim their bounty. If you have to, have a friend put some bounties on a few easy targets and immediately claim them. Charity Work Don't forget to click "mug" when you beat them per the mission instructions. Cracking Up You have a 40% chance of successfully interrogating the target upon defeating them. Keep at it! Critical Education Equip your best laser attachment and attack NPCs during loot raids. Cut Them Down to Size Stalk the hospital for inactive higher-level players who were "left" and will therefore have a small fraction of the total health they would normally have. Dirty Little Secret Add a bounty large enough to be claimed. If you're working on a killstreak, do not accept this mission. Occassionally super-high-stat players claim bounties and will leave you with them as a target. Double Jeopardy This mission is pretty easy, simply take out the target and put a bounty on that target. Drug Problem Leave the targets for experience; mug the targets for a chance at cash Emotional Debt This mission is a cake walk, pepper spray is cheap and always hits. (The pepperspray effect doesn't need to be applied) Estranged It's typically best to go into this battle with a high-accuracy-low-damage melee weapon such as a pillow or knuckle dusters. It's also best practice to confirm the target has at least 1/3 of their health left prior to initiating the attack to avoid defeating the opponent with a few critical hits. Family Ties This mission is a PITA because often times the target is shared with other players, be sure to click "Hospitalize" upon beating the target upon defeating them. It's good practice to check the status of your mission targets prior to taking each Xanax. Field Trip Update: The money associated with this mission has been decreased by 10x. This mission is worth doing now! This mission is extremely risky to take on. You can lose hundreds of millions of dollars in a matter of a few minutes trying to get ahead on the 3 casino games. I typically recommend not accepting this mission. If you are familiar with the casino games listed and know how to hedge your bets, go for it! I (Andyman) have a note out to Ched to lower the winnings requirements by a factor of 10. I'll update this note when that is completed.Fireworks Best case scenario you have a Neutrilux 2000 and knock out this mission in one attack on an NPC during a loot raid. (The Neutrilux 2000 was dropped by "The Leprechaun" on April the 16th, 2006... and only like 7 were dropped... I don't know if anyone has taken the time to account for the weapons) For everyone else, the MG3 with extended mags is a solid choice as is the Minigun. NPC loot raids and high-defense-low-dexterity players make the best targets. Let me (Andyman) know if you need assistance, I can take a Ketamine and equip a plastic sword. Forgotten Bills Leave the target for experience; mug the target for a chance at cash Frenzy This mission is extra-unfortunate for players who are reading stat-training books. This cannot be accomplished via slut-defends as opposed to burning energy attacking. Get Things Jumping This mission is typically best done with slut-defends (for damage dealt) and paying a friend to put a bounty on you (for damage received). Be sure to keep your HP full at all times. Graffiti This mission is a cake walk, pepper spray is cheap and always hits. (The pepperspray effect doesn't need to be applied) Guardian Leave the target for experience; mug the target for a chance at cash Hammer Time You're allowed to bring injectable temps to help you with this mission. Buy a hammer, equip the hammer, defeat the target. I highly recommend completing this mission when you are not under the influence of Xanax. The hammer has poor damage/accuracy. Hands Off Leave the targets for experience; mug the targets for a chance at cash Hare, Meet Tortoise Speed whores are typically pretty easy to take down. I usualy throw a flash before initiating the assault. Leave the target for experience; mug the target for a chance at cash Hide and Seek Read the instructions on this mission for a clue, usually there is an obvious indication like "the target is level 45" Hiding in Plain View Be sure to bring back flowers/plushes! :) High Fliers Be sure to bring back flowers/plushes! :) Hobgoblin Stalk the forums for Logistics directors paying $6m/day and hit their employees at pay time. Immovable Object It's important to enter this attack with Epinepherine in the temp slot, ready to use if necessary. If your initial attack is less than 10% of the target's HP, use the Epinepherine. I also recommend initiating this attack when the life timer is not close to a 5-minute life regen interval. Leave the target for experience; mug the target for a chance at cash Inside Job Be sure to click the "secrete" option after defeating the target Keeping Up Appearances It's a good idea to send the target $10 before mugging them, just in case they happen to have $0 on hand or have left-over mug protection from a prior attack. Be sure to hit the "mug" option when you defeat the target and take note of how much you mugged from the target. Kiss of Death Be sure to click the "kiss" option upon defeat as the mission indicates! Lack of Awareness Leave the target for experience; mug the target for a chance at cash Lost and Found This mission is a PITA because often times the target is shared with other players, be sure to click "Hospitalize" upon beating the target upon defeating them. If you have merits allocated to Hospitalization time and/or Hospitalization time from a faction special, it helps. It's good practice to check the status of your mission targets prior to taking each Xanax. Most players will have to hospitalize the target at least 3 times. Loud and Clear Use a Handbag if possible. Grenades are your cheapest option. Just make sure you actually use them! Loyal Customer Leave the target for experience; mug the target for a chance at cash Make it Slow Only go into this fight when the opponent's health is nearly full. Use a smoke grenade for your first attack, a pillow for the next 11 attacks and then your best weapon for the remaining attacks. Marriage Counseling Leave the target for experience; mug the target for a chance at cash Massacrist Leave the target for experience; mug the target for a chance at cash Meeting the Challenge Either buy-mug some poor chap who went inactive while still having Points/FHCs for sale, or have a factionmate hold some cash for you and return it when complete. If you happen to have several merits allocated into mugging, try stalking the forums for Logistics directors paying $6m/day and nail their employees at pay time. Motivator Confirm your target is at full health prior to entering the attack. If you are willing to lose, simply bloodbag down to 1hp and enter the attack armorless. If you want the stalemate, or are a Defense and Dexterity whore, you need to take extra precaution and enter the attack with a low-stat weapon like a rusty sword or plastic sword and spam attack with that trash-weapon. Note if your defense is 14x higher than their strength you will completely mitigate their incoming damage... and if your Dexterity is 100x higher than their speed you will have a 100% chance of dodging every attack! Go into this attack on Xanax. No Man is an Island Don't forget to click "mug" when you beat them per the mission instructions. Fun fact, all targets in this mission will have a private island. No Second Chances It's best to "roll" an injectable boost into the fight from a prior attack while at full HP and using your best weapon with weapon attachments/special ammo activated while NOT under the influence of Xanax. Have a friend around on standby who can jump in and finish the fight in case you start losing, you can get a redo of the mission if so! Out of the Frying Pan This mission is super easy, just do as instructed. I typically fail a few busts as a means of getting jailed to avoid wrecking crime experience. Party Tricks Dex whores are easily countered by grenades and pepperspray (if not wearing a motorcycle helmet/welding mask, hazmat) Borrowing a handbag and chucking a few HEGs will typically get the job done; as will rolling in a melatonin from a prior attack. Tracer rounds are helpful if you have them. Leave the target for experience; mug the target for a chance at cash Pass the Word I just copy/paste the mission text to the player LOL Peak Experience These players are high level and can hit very hard. Bring in tag-team help and "roll" boosters if the target has take more SE's and Xanax than you have. Plainleth Dentitht You're allowed to bring injectable temps to help you with this mission. Buy a baseball bat, equip the bat, defeat the target. I highly recommend completing this mission when you are not under the influence of Xanax. The baseball bat has poor damage/accuracy. Proof of the Pudding This mission is super easy, just do as instructed. Be sure to send the weapon to the correct player! Rabbit Response This mission is fairly risky to take on, but the targets are always fairly easy. Make sure you have 75 energy before commencing your attacks! I also recommend having a Melatonin handy in case you take a smoke grenade or two. Reconstruction Do as the mission says, just be sure to DUMP THE ITEMS, DO NOT SELL THEM. Red Faced This mission can be brutal since the Trout has such a crappy damage rating and doesn't get any boosts from attachments or special ammo, and takes up the temp slot. Ideally, you have access to a Handbag and can enter the attack with 2 trout to throw instead of 1. It's best to "roll" an injectable melatonin boost into this attack from a prior attack and knock the target's hp down with a low-damage weapon like a Pillow before tossing the fish. (watch out for crits!) You can also pay someone to tag-team the opponent which will halve the target's two defensive stats and significantly increase your chances of a finishing blow. Technically, merits invested in temporary mastery help with this mission, but I typically advise against allocating merits into that mastery unless you are grenadier build. Rising Costs This mission can be brutal since the Brick has such a crappy accuracy rating. Ideally, you have access to a Handbag and can enter the attack with 2 bricks to throw instead of 1. It's best to "roll" an injectable melatonin boost into this attack from a prior attack and toss the brick immediately on the first attack in case the opponent has a flashlight equipped or throws a smoke grenade. If you don't hit, try escaping immediately and trying again while under the melatonin boost. You can also pay someone to tag-team the opponent which will halve the target's dexterity and significantly increase your chance of hitting with the brick. Rolling in it These targets all have between $50k - $50m on hand. It's typically best to lead off with a flash grenade before commencing your assault. Don't forget to click "mug" when you beat them per the mission instructions. Safari Bring your best Armalite or borrow a Gold Plated AK47 from the armory if possible and unequip all your other weapons. Be sure to equip your crit laser + scope attachments and activate any special ammunition if you have it. Some of these targets can be fairly difficult to take out and you absolutely do not want to fly all the way to South Africa and not be able to defeat the target. You also will not be able to receive outside tag-team help since these inactive mission targets only appear for mission holders. Scammer These targets all have between $50k - $50m on hand. Be sure to mug them, often it will pay for the 25e you spent on this mission (via an energy can) Sellout Slayer Most players will sell the gun for a large discount in thier bazaar to finish the mission quickly. Absolutely do not dump the gun or send the gun to anyone. Sending a Message Leave the target for experience; mug the target for a chance at cash Sleep Aid Leave the target for experience; mug the target for a chance at cash Some People Do as the mission says... buy the gift, buy a parcel, buy gift wrap, open the box, input the item, giftwrap the box, send to the target. Standard Routine Dual Hammers or Dual Axes are the clubbed weapon you want for this mission, unless you're in a 10-star Furniture store and have the self-defense bachelor unlocked; in which case punch/kick away! Stomach Upset It's typically best to go into this battle with a high-accuracy-low-damage melee weapon such as a pillow or knuckle dusters. It's also best practice to confirm the target has at least 1/3 of their health left prior to initiating the attack to avoid defeating the opponent with a few critical hits. Swan Step Too Far Be sure to make note of the player ID who dumped the item and check that player's stats. The Executive Game You're allowed to bring injectable temps to help you with this mission. Unequip your weapons before entering the attack because it is way too easy to attack with your primary/secondary/melee out of habit and fail the mission! It's best to kick instead of punch. The Tattoo Artist Dual Samurai Swords or the Diamond Bladed Knife are the Slashing/Piercing weapons you want for this mission. Three-peat This mission is super easy, just do as instructed. Be sure to click the proper button to avoid wasting energy having to redo an attack. Training Day This mission is easy-mode, simply train. Tree Huggers Leave the targets for experience; mug the targets for a chance at cash Undercutters Leave the targets for experience; mug the targets for a chance at cash Unwanted Attention Be sure to click Hospitalize upon defeating the targets! Withdrawal It's typically best to go into this battle with a high-accuracy-low-damage melee weapon such as a pillow or knuckle dusters. It's also best practice to confirm the target has at least 1/3 of their health left prior to initiating the attack to avoid defeating the opponent with a few critical hits. Wrath of Duke Leave the targets for experience; mug the targets for a chance at cash Last edited by Andyman on 17:00:12 - 06/09/22 (4 years ago) -

Also, my spreadsheet with all the missions, rewards, tips etc is still available. It will be moved to a thread I own, when the next mission npc comes out. Until then the op on my thread is in self fed heh.
Andy's tips are pretty good. :)

Posted on 06:10:14 - 26/02/20 (6 years ago)Post link copied to clipboard Copy post linkFirstly thanks for all these guides that the community do it is great.
Guarantee this Is this is a newb question: does the list of Missions only become relevant after a certain point/level?
Being a lowly level 5, I have just unlocked Duke and can see Show Some Muscle, Battering Ram and New Kid on the Block which are not listed above.
Thanks again Andyman! -

Why would you mug mission targets though? So many people get the same targets they never have much cash, so unless you need to as per the instructions I can't see it is worthwhile.

So I think you have answered my question in indirectly.
So New kid on the block is the third of the 'non new player missions I think.
New Kid on the Block Easy
Holy moly someone's eaten a whole bunch of knuckle sandwiches! Some people just don't lie down when you hit them, which seems unfair to me. Anyhow, you done okay. Rest up a little--put some ice on that fat lip. When I got more people what need someone to put a hit on them, we'll be talking.
Defeat any five players (5 / 5)
My screen
The other two have scrolled of my screen now I have completed them.
This wasn't a complaint, at the time I was curious as I had three more than you listed.
Cheers
