I've had about 50 mails about this so here it is..how to get "Church Mouse".




Step 1

Empty your wallet. Seriously, do it. Don't just say "done" when you haven't made sure your wallet is exactly $0. I've helped many people get this merit and it is shocking the number of times someone lies about having emptied their wallet. You need to do it and not just shortcut it because it removes all residual mug protection you might have.

Step 2

Find a friend, and find out how many Masterful Looting upgrades they have.

Step 3

Use the following table to determine how much cash to put back in your wallet, after having emptied it.

Step 4

Have that friend mug you. On extremely rare occasions this will fail because your friend gets a super mug, just repeat Steps 1-4.
