Well in my opinion you need money period. ehhhhhh........ theory is decent but your numbers are a little funny there wolfy :P If you take 3 Xanax a day (750 E) and use all your Natural E (4*150 = 600 E), you get 1350 E and can make 54 attacks. In a perfect world, you would always have someone to slut for [b]that pays you and doesn't scam you[/b], but let's say that's the case and you make $250k per attack. That's $13.5 mill. But the 3x Xanax costs you $2.64 mill and 54x SFAK costs you $810k. So there's your max daily [b]profit[/b] of approx $10mill. So at that rate, again assuming you do this each and every day perfectly, you're profiting $300mill per month. But you're buying a DP every month too right? Now it's $278mill profit. Definitely not $600mill, but still good right? By flying, with a PI rental and a large suitcase, you can carry 20 items and profit $1.36mill per trip to the UK. Make 5 trips a day and it's $6.8mill profit per day. Join a faction with Cumber III and/or get in a FLower Shop and increase that profit drastically, but we'll ignore that. PI rental is 300k per day, so you're profiting $195mill per month, $173mill after DP purchase. But, you now have the use of your Natural E for training, mugging, missions, or even the occasional slut. And you're gaining merits which have real value. Numbers in both of these scenarios are for PERFECT execution, in all likelihood real profits would be less. The point is you can make plenty to profit by flying just fine. Supplement that by getting on IRC or minor trading to start, and you won't fall way behind your peers in stats, nor carry the Punchbag title for the rest of your life.

Guide to LOSSES - Beginner to Advanced

After playing this game for over 2 years, and quitting on numerous occasions for several reasons, I have found that there is one fundamental truth to this game... It's a whole lot more fun when you're making money. This game is unique in its features and overall depth. While there are endless ways to making money, there is still that other fundamental truth... it's easier to make money if you have money. There are many guides out there, even some for losses. This guide goes in depth on how to form a steady income through various ways of doing losses.

This guide is broken up into two portions... Beginner and Advanced. If you are a brand new player, start with the Beginner Guide as it pertains to the use of Refills. The Advanced Guide will focus on the use of Xanax and First Aid Kits while maximizing their cool down and profits.

Let's define losses. In the simplest terms... losses means attacking a player while intending to lose. Oddly enough, players will pay you to do this.


BEGINNER GUIDE

When you first start Torn City, you are given a brief set of missions that introduce you to the game. You will buy weapons, armor, housing, explore the city, and make a few attacks. During this time, I suggest spending the least amount of money possible on the items you purchase. Also, use the least amount of Refills as possible if you choose to use this beginner portion of the guide.

Once you're done with the beginning missions from George, I suggest visiting some of the local shops to purchase what items you can to flip for a profit. There are many guides out there for doing this, so I won't delve, but starting trading from day 1 can give you a jump start. It can also give you a jump on purchasing necessary items to begin using the Advanced Guide.

Losses can be sold for as much as $300k-$350k per loss and can sometimes include bonuses such as extra cash or First Aid Kits. When starting out, I suggest pricing your service somewhere around $250-$300k per loss. If you are new to the game, chances are you won't be able to sell them in bulk. Use the Trade Chat and post that you're offering losses at your desired rate. "Selling losses. $250k per. Start chat." - is a short and to the point post. Remember not to post more than once per page on the Trade Chat, otherwise you will be told not to spam the chat. Buyers will typically want to pay after the loss has occurred, so try not to ask for money or items up front. Once you have a buyer and have made a deal, follow these steps.

- Each attack will cost you 25 Energy. Upon losing, you will be placed in the Hospital. You can either wait out the time or use a First Aid Kit which removes 50 Minutes of Hospital time and heals you slightly.
- Once you are out of the Hospital, and if you have enough energy, you can attack again.
- If you start with a full Energy bar of 100, 4 attacks is the most you can do without boosters. (150 Energy and 6 attacks for Donators - The advanced guide can get you to a Donator Pack and Donator Status quickly.)
- Now that you have done your first losses, it is time to collect. Contact the buyer and negotiate payment.

If you have done 4 losses at $250k per loss, you will have $1,000,000 to spend. I suggest purchasing First Aid Kits in bulk. Go ahead and spend the whole million... that way none of it can get mugged from you. If you need cash, you can sell the First Aid Kits. Now you can use your Refills to gain max energy back and do another 4 attacks. (6 if you have Donator Status) If you choose not to use your refills, you can either wait until your Energy increases enough to attack again... or move on to the Advanced Guide.


ADVANCED GUIDE

After you have the basics of doing losses, have some cash on hand, and built a reputation with a customer or two... you can begin using Xanax and First Aid Kits to pump out bulk losses. Here are a few things to note:

- Xanax - cool down time of 360-480 Minutes 6-8 Hours).
- Popping a Xanax will give you 250 Energy which is enough to do 10 attacks. With a full Energy bar, that's 14 total. (16 with Donator Status)
- First Aid Kit - cool down time of 50 Minutes.
- Buyers like paying for bulk losses rather than one at a time.
- Without Donator Status, you will regenerate enough energy for 19.2 attacks per 24 hour period.

I typically wait until I have a full energy bar, a stack of 16+ First Aid Kits, pop a Xanax, and knock out 16 losses at a time. I will have another tab open that is simply used to click "Use Another" once I've used my first First Aid Kit. Dual tabs allows for less time clicking around from the attack to your items.

If you have Donator Status, the 16 attacks you are capable of doing will net you $4,000,000 at $250k per loss. Subtract the cost of the Xanax and First Aid Kits, ~$880k per Xanax and ~$20k per First Aid Kit, you can net ~$2,800,000.

Say it takes 7 hours for your Xanax cool down... your Hospital cool down should be about 8 hours... this means that, if timed right, you are capable of using this system 3 times a day. That doesn't include the single attacks you can do as your energy bar refills during cool downs.

That being said, even with buying Xanax and First Aid Kits, you have the potential to net $8,400,000 at $250k per loss.

Even if you can't time this 3 times per 24 hours, you still have the potential to make great money and be well on your way to establishing yourself in Torn City. One of your first cash purchases should be a donator pack which can be attained in the first week or so. I suggest trading items that you can buy low and sell high. There are many established guides out there that offer advice on what to buy and for how much. Just remember to stay out of the Casino... trust me, I've lost over $600,000,000 there.
