Stock Ticker
To access the Stock Market you must first buy a Stock Ticker. This can be purchased using Points in the Points Building.
Random Dividends:
These pay out, on average, the minimum amount you invested to receive the benefit (the number in the Investment column), over a period of 6 months. This is completely random: If it's a six month dividend, you have a 1 in 4,320 (number of hours in six months) chance of getting the dividend ever hour. This means you could get 24 in a day, or none ever.
Constant/ Non-Constant Effects:
If it's a 'Constant' effect, it is always, and automatically, active as long as you have reached the letter confirming the start of your benefit, and you are still eligible for the benefit. Anything not marked with 'Constant Effect' on the list below happens randomly.
