Note: Please don't be offended if they do not answer mails, they do not generally deal with player issues on a daily basis. There is other staff there to assist you with your everyday problems or if you just need help. If you find you have an issue with a bug it's best to place that concern in the forums under the bugs section or by clicking here [1]. Otherwise please try asking your question to a Helper, you can find a list of them in the city under the staff link or by clicking here [2].

Clansdancer

Deal's with Staff and Player Management, including other playing Admins. Deals with Donation Issues, i.e if you have any form of issue donating through PayPal or Google, or any general questions concerning donations please mail ingame at [3] or email Heather@torn.com.

Wolfeh

Deal's with Staff and Player Management, this includes all staff from Secretary down and normal in-game issues you may encounter that other staff member's can not address.

Hydr0

Deal's with Staff and Player Management, this includes all staff from Secretary down and normal in-game issues you may encounter that other staff member's can not address.

Developers

Aurel

Aurel is a developer for torn, he does not generally deal with player concerns or issues.

xhotdamnx

Hotdamn does Torn's graphics. He does not generally deal with player concerns or issues.

Staff

Secretary

Secretary's generally deal with advanced level's of player issues or concerns. We prefer for all your need's to come through reports, i.e if you feel someone is playing multiple accounts you should place a player report on that person and a Secretary will check this out and deem if the information is found to be correct. They assist Admins in daily duties, though often you can find them doing just about anything that needs done in Torn as they have been trained to cover all areas of staff duties.

Moderator

Moderator's answer reports from players, help questions and moderate the forums. Moderators do all that a helper does in a day with some added additional reports.

Helper

Helper's answer help questions that come in from the "Ask a question" section in the city. You can access this by clicking here [4]. These are basic game questions that most new players have and some more detailed ones you might find yourself asking even after playing for awhile. They also moderate forums.
