The Egyptian Amulet is an Artifact Item
Often in the form of a scarab beetle, these amulets were often found in tombs as grave gods or given to people and the gods as presents. The Scarab, or 'Kheper' because of it's sacredness, was used in many of the pharaonic names, meaning 'to transform'. One pharaoh - Amenhotep III was famous for his group of '5 scarabs'. Prevalent all over Egypt, this particluar amulet is made from fired clay.
