That's a bad idea, training to get to the cap and THEN using army points. The gains at capped strength (or defense for that matter) are so low from army points compared to training at capped stregth. You are better off using army points to get to the cap, and training afterwards.
I tried to find an example of using 1k points with capped strength, but not even Maledict's document has it, because before the cap you join a company.
Here's what it is for defense
You changed 1,000 army points for 1,040,066.3237 defense.
1m? And you only get 5/7ths as much from strength, so 738,447
Here's a 25e strength FF train at the cap:
You successfully traversed 1 obstacle on the army assault course taking 95%of the record time
You gained 53,702.0809 strength
So from 350e I would gain more strength than you will from over 3 months in army. 100 days for an extra xanax and refill?
You'd be far better off working at a fitness or furniture company, for strength anywhere near capped. Frankly you'd be better off doing many things.
