the help wiki just tells me how much it costs

I would suggest that you get some more experience and learn the game better before starting a faction.

But....you go to city and click create a faction.

Badd1 is right, you really shouldnt be starting a faction, you need a lot more experience and they can cost a lot of money to run, some faction when in war probably spend 100m+ easily a day

You will need more experience for it to be successful, well usually anyway and as said above, they cost a lot of cash. My advice is join a faction and learn first, best of luck

This.... You can virtually start a faction now and have no worries about anything because if the faction warring you needs a 1 day chaining break, the war will end.
