Look, fellow factions! The glorious Fallen Kingdom has crushed the Mayor's own faction, and handed them a humiliating defeat!
I am alerting you, my fellow faction leaders and members, that I am now claiming victory over the Mayor himself, and therefor claiming control over torn city.
I sent him this victory mail, which I expect a reply from promptly. No doubt he will be eager to avoid another embarrassing defeat like this one:
The Mayor's faction "testfac" (that would be yours) has been roundly defeated by the superior tactics and overwhelming might of the glorious faction of Fallen Kingdom.
The terms of your humiliating defeat are simple: As the primary boon of our victory, you will hand control of this city over to me, the Leader of the Fallen Kingdom. You will remain in the Mayor's position as a figurehead, while I run the city from the shadows, as it's true criminal overlord.
You will run the day-to-day, and appease the masses, but I will pull all the strings and whatnot.
In addition, we would like 100,000,000,000 wired to our faction vault.
As our final boon, you will change your User ID to mine, and I will take User ID 1.
I expect these changes effective immediately.
