I call Bull Shit, I looked at you're member's that we online at the time we declared, there were 18 members online. 10 of which that were lvl 55 and above. Unless you run scripts while you sleep I'm not buying it. Also, judging by you're active war base y'all have just finished up a chain before we declared so while there was no "plan" to war you, y'all were the best candidate to fight back. Since you were not on a training break.

Okay now, the point here is not to argue and turn this into a bitch fest. Sincerely, we regard PT as one of the best. Just like HT. Yes we declare without warning, but when the opponent is one of the toughest and best in TC, one would expect a certain amount of fight back.
Mercs' have been chaining since the start of the year, we were going through factions, both ranks and bigger known factions, reason was to bring in respect and at the same time test ourselves against the best. HoF factions have earned their keep, it was always about measuring up.
If the thinking is that we stacked E specifically to declare on PT, sadly that is wrong, E was stacked but was also used throughout our chaining throughout the whole period, which has been going non stop and alot went to IBB who didnt wnat to fight back. As for the timing, again, with so many different international players playing, one could never expect a set timing to declare, all factions have their strenghts and their weakness. The only consideration i had when we declare on a faction is that we do not disturb them if they are currently in the middle of an arranged/big war and i believe we have managed that properly so far. There were a couple of factions whom we send an early warning, we ended up having factions that were not interested and would rather roll over and play dead. thus, the decision to declare without warning, hoping to spark some form of fight back. SPITE responded well, HT didnt, PT responded great and we are grateful for it. It's all a roll of the dice and we are running in the faction, we are afterall young and have much to achieve against the likes of HOF factions with heritage and pedigree.
This is also why we arranged for a termed war with JFK. We go into each battle not expecting to win so we can brag about it, we do it expecting to test ourselves, smoothen some of the edges and get ready for the future.
I believe it would be alot tougher meeting PT or HT in their top form, we havent seen it yet but i would always welcome back a challenge next time. Be it a surprise or a termed war, we are opened for it.
I only hope that both sides can have good fun in this, PT is hitting back hard. the retals thrown on each end has been nothing short of exciting. Let's continue with this, with respect.

by top form i mean everyone coming on and hitting back or when you have the momentum of chaining for a while in you.
Agreed, timing couldnt have been worst (for you side) but timing could never be a consideration could it.
There are many strategies in a war, stacking is but one. What's most important is still the dedication for all members to come on and hit and make the chain, whether they can hit 12 times or 50 times. It's all still effort being needed.
PT is doing great also, their hit and run tactics are really quite useful and causing all kinds of retals hell on us....or me especially...:S
any faction can attack another faction with stacked e and win, its not hard, and sif has TONNES of stacked e.
we will attack you in 31 days or whenever after that and you will loose, the system needs fixing.
