If you are the best faction in the game. Prove it. You should be able to war any time when we declare.
You know what time we are declaring so prevent us from being able to hit you. You could get up earlier so you can be online when we declare. Its only a game though so you wouldn't be that sad. You are moaning about a game though everytime we have warred you in the past so I wouldn't be shocked.
I see more and more posts like this and thats what makes me laugh. That most of your faction actually believe this is an actual war and not a joke.
Going by your logic, a good analogy would be if I were to call Usain Bolt and tell him to meet me at the track in middle of the night because by current rules any challenge is an official challenge. So if I run the empty track while he sleeps I will be crowned as new #1. And that you guys actually dont consider that as a joke but you actually believe that you will be the best - thats what is shocking. At least PnB realized its a joke...
But you're entitled to believe what you want. Just be ready to prove it once Usain is actually awake and present.

- both parties know when the war will start.
- both parties play in the same war system (or is there a Handicap for JFK?;))
- both parties can stack Energy (cause no one is that crazy to stack longer than 5 days)
- both parties have approximately same amount of people beeing online (if one side has more players online then due to their effort for the game and staying-awake-abilities or getting-up-damn-earlie-abilities)
Fairness is not a problem, moaning not necessary

I will use the example you have given.
Someone wants a race with Usain Bolt. Why the f**k would they run the race without him if they want to race him. This is what you are trying to say.
Now. What stops Usain Bolt. Jumping on a plane. Effort.... I know. Going to the race track and proving that he is the best. If this someone is so confident that he can beat him then Usain Bolt will go and prove that he is better. Even if it means he has to get up early, jump on a plane and get to the track. There is nothing stopping you from waking up and warring. If you want to win. You will do what you have to do to win. I thought JFK would do whatever it takes to win. Times have obviously changed. Respect SA or not but we have adapted the way we are as a faction to change with the system. We leave no running track without a race and make sure we set the alarm for the enemy before the start gun goes off.

Actually, 39th HT and -SA- have stats that are pretty close to ours. Of course there are outliers like Nota, Z and Gonzo but we have people that are down under 100m total. So yes, there are factions that have comparable stats.

We might can take the rank one, but you still would be the best faction in torn in terms of stats and chaining skills. We're just having some fun really, don't take it too seriously.
Anyway, when was the last time a HOF faction declared on you and told you an exact time and date?
We want to make it a fair fight, we all know what this warring system is like. You're not at a disadvantage here. You know the time, date and you can use any weapons and tactics you want.
