Are we the only faction that's using the system in this way? No! So I don't see how we'll stay weak whilst everyone get stronger because we are using the system the way it was I tended. Soon we'll be maxed on specials so we'll be training for a very long time. Leaf won't do that, we are all here, being loyal and gaining respect, leaf isn't like you and hires big hitters.
