The shocker is JFK is getting owned both by Evolution and Destructive Anomaly right now. It's got me scratching my head as to how in the heck they are losing.

If you scan back a cpl pages you will see JFK members already discrediting DA or Evo's win before the war was over, heck another member started talking about the rematch

No, nobody's discrediting a potential win. Far from it. I think people only reacted to some new kids on the block posting like they're da shit with "lets see you do that again but this time with our weapons on". And thats perfectly normal, isnt it?
The idea of termed wars, which we ALWAYS promoted is to level the playing field as much as possible and to give everyone participating a chance to win. Sometimes we overestimate our strength and set harsher terms for us and lose, sometimes we overestimate opponents and ask for better terms and end up with an easy win. It all happened in the past.
I think these terms are quite fair as both DA and Evo have a fighting chance, the only issue I see atm is that M16 is bugged in reloading clips, but thats really nobody's fault and something for staff to work on to fix.
Anyway back to the original point - I dont even really care bout most comments, anyone with enough experience in these kind of things will tell you that JFK with terms and JFK at full strength is a completely different story. And if you dont believe us, feel free to test us. Anytime, anyplace, anywhere.

No faction is being owned. As everyone saw when 39th came back on 98% or w/e its not over until the victory has been claimed.......I on the other hand have been getting owned for days by JFK..... 7 mill right hand shot with an m16 ouch!

I saw some people saying JFK/Z complaining about the system because they are loosing, but I've seen Z and Cynic I guess complaining and asking about a change in the system for months already, saw that in most termed wars they were in lately even whem they won easily withouth a challenge

I dont know you very well Z, but I have a great respect for you from Final Earth as I think you are incredibly smart and a great strategist. If you weren't so strong in TC and were in DA or Evo I would be shocked if you werent doing the same thing they are, it's the logical thing to do from a strategic standpoint so why complain about it?
I just dont think it should be the focal part of the war which it has been for the last couple pages. This is a great, hard fought war, it's a shame 39th decided not to participate because it looks like a bunch of fun. Dont feel like drinking today and cant handle chaining at DA sober but maybe I can join the fun tomorrow
(TBH I read the last cpl pages of the thread before checking the war totals, from the way JFK were posting I was expecting them to be down to like 10-25%, but it's super close )

Theres no agreement between Evo and DA to gang up against JFK.
Our strategy is quite clear. We used the same one during the multi way war versus SA/AoSW/Noob/2.0
Focus on the toughest faction (no offense intended Evo) straight from the begining, while the others are also hitting it to take the advantage.

JFK have always complained that they had no one to war. Now we are warring you and beating you at the moment, you are complaining again. (sorry if you don't like that word but that's how I am seeing it)
We have been one of the most active warring factions in this system and know it very well. Hence, if you look at our warbase you can see we have plenty of targets to allow us to utilise all our members potential. Every member has a part to play in this system. This system allows factions with a fraction of the stats to compete with larger stat factions. DA has just over 5b total I believe and JFK has over 1 trillion (850m of that being one member though)
The system does seem messed up but in a way I like the fact that a faction can compete with another faction that out stats them. In this system you need to be strategic and pick your bonus hits well. We have proven throughout countless wars that we can do this. During this war, we have messed the most bonus hits up that I can remember in any other war and it's only just started. With a bit of improvement on our part, I hope we can pull away.

Or would you like something similar to this system that allows lesser stat factions to compete? I think we all know no one is going to catch up stat wise.
We haven't only been getting bonus hit on JFK like everyone is saying. We have been aiming for them mainly, and rightly so, they are #1 and we would like to beat them. If there are no JFK that we can beat, we go for evo so our bonus are going on both. If we focussed on both then we would most certainly lose both wars.

Nope, over the years I haven't been paying attention to any ideas of warring. It wasn't anything to do with me. I just got on with each system that was presented to me. Only lately I have been looking at suggestions for warring and I still haven't seen any by you. I'll go have a look for your suggestion tomorrow

I think you forget that I do not have anything to do with the creation/coding side of torn. I support some suggestions but that is just the same as you supporting it. I help with player issues. Player suggestions are to do with the committee.

Im sure you spied us in preparation for the war, care to back that statement up with evidence? I was surprised when I came to 39th and saw a lot of people I expected to have 10s of billions having only 100s of millions. I would be interested to see the comparison, my guess is 39th is nowhere near jfk in stats, even if you take Gonzo out of the equation

My gosh now I see why your so upset when I mentioned fisting some of you in your IRC channel...owned really but when its all over you will have to eat your words. Check the percentages 40% down is not owned but cest la vie, enjoy the fun and keep flying as I love hospitalizing people in far off countries for 4 hours or more , you can fly but ultimately no one can hide.

(more so in my case - telling people to hit and getting my head caved in by scary high statted opponents ) As soon as i sell this damn fac hopefully I'll be able to return; if you'll have me of course.. After all someone has to keep Conor company through those long nights right?
