If you'd like, i'll shift the thread back on-course.
Of course, on-course is the pet name for LSD's penis.

i wouldn't so much look up to this guy as a role model. his manslaughter charge was what he got caught with, so i'm sure he has a higher body count. in prison, all you have is yourself, and many turn towards religion for courage in prison life, or to try to be saved by a religion which makes their actions forgivable.

30 years for a man slaughter charge? he still raped, killed, and did racist acts towards people in the name of his gang, but taking you to a church BBQ is justifiable..

when you're in AB, you are in for life. if you back out, it's by death. those who deflected from the AB have been placed in protective custody in the prison system to protect their lives. he just getting out of prison, telling random people he was 3rd in charge of the gang is a death sentence in itself.

he wasnt supposed to make it out he got stabbed 7times in the neck and then the dudes got taken care of but i see what your saying. the manlaughter charge was for the guy in the gangsters diciples. the went in originally for a 7 year sentence and within a hour he went to 30years because he stabbed a colored man who ended up being high in the BGF

@OP

If you feel in your heart that you have changed for the better, and these people who once were bad and now are good have inspired that positive change within you, then you are a lucky person, and I truly and honestly wish you all the best. I hope the positive continues and that you live a positive life for yourself and others.

@Everyone else who could only come up with negative bullshit about the grammar, and the message style, and all the negative about who the people were that had a positive influence on the OP... you people really need to go look in the mirror, and try to figure out what it is about yourself that you feel so superior to others? Are you really that special? Are you really that perfect? You are playing an online crime game, but that really doesn't give you the right to treat people like total crap who haven't done, or said anything, that remotely warrants such an incredibly rude response. You don't have to believe in religion, god, or anything in order to treat people with a little respect, at least until they have earned a complete lack of respect. There are many people in these threads who have earned that lack of respect, I know... but this persons posts have not remotely risen to that level from what I can tell.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but until then, some of you need to really get a life.

Never heard any stories about people falling victim to the people they met in prison,I heard loads when i was in nick..how they would turn up at your families door saying ''Hi,I met Joe inside and he told me all about you''..and then they get robbed at best...it does happen so to be warned aint a bad thiing...people fall off the wagon daily..bigtime.

Having said that:;; do you think it is sensible to be an Isolationist in a place where all your neighbours are in a posse? No one can be awake 24/24.

And of course, people that have been down once in the US have a pretty good chance of going down twice.
That simple fact would certainly be on my mind.

Having lived for 44 years, I think that just looking out for yourself is a strategic error of some magnitude.

A call to re-evaluate his role models from "reformed gangasters" to people of actual merit is hardly negative.
People convicted of violent crimes wouldnt make it into my top 10, nor would i actively encourage someone to emulate them.
Frankly the fact that this guy has some sort of meso-celebrity status simply for not killing again is shameful.

I think you are deliberately misreading a thing or two.

I suppose that the risks of the person in question getting a problem with the Black Guerilla Family are just a tad higher than that of running afoul of the Aryan Nation. Myself, I would not be welcome or safe with either.

Now, sir, if you can only go by your own experience, and as you are not in his culture or in his situation, it would suit you to offer neither advise nor words of wisdom.

You trust no one - and no one should trust you either.

yes i do. i did my time.

my point is that yes, people can change. everyone goes through life shedding skin, but you can't change the actions who made you who you are today. demons will always be there. it's his/her choice on how to become at peace with those demons..

that member of the AB has to live out his life condemned with his actions. the justice system may have released him from prison, but there's a good chance if he wouldn't have gone to prison, he might be in a worse position today. the AB have their ranks, and you don't make it up that high in rank without doing some brutal shit.

OP, your strength lies within. with, or without a building that offers treatment. you treated yourself, an had the willpower to become at peace with your demons. that's awesome, and hope things feel a lil happier for you in life.;

I think you cannot have it both ways. Either the AB chap has that death sentence (; and is not in that position );, OR that system does not quite work as you advertise while he is in that position.

you know nothing about a harsh life people idolize tupac and other people who died STILL living for themselves. the mans trying to tell me stuff that could change me or pop up one day in my thick head and stop me from doing something stupid.

Nor do you have savage instincts.

Tupac is dead.
Dont idolize people who were shot out before their 30th birthday if you're planning on living beyond it.

You really, really, need a better role model and i dont say that to troll you or piss you off.
I realize you dont want to make the same mistakes but theres plenty of people who didnt make his mistakes. If you're trying to turn your life around, great, amazing, a wonderful choice but for gods sake turn it towards someone who didnt waste 30 years of their life in prison figuring out ending other people's lives is wrong.
And i bet this reformed christian wasnt someone you passed in the street and recognised, i bet it was more likely some event he agreed to talk at or attend. If so, he's still basking in the limelight of his former actions, which doesnt sound like remorse at all to me.
